How It Works

The rule-based mode (no key required) detects sentence boundaries and packs them into chunks that fit within the platform character limit — 280 for X or 500 for Threads. Enable AI mode and add your OpenAI key to get an AI-rewritten thread with strong hooks, punchy middle cards, and a CTA closer. Your key stays in your browser only — zero server uploads.

Pro Tips

Card 1 is your hook. Edit it manually after splitting to lead with a bold claim, stat, or question.
Toggle numbering off if you want to post cards individually without the [n/total] tag.
Orange border means a card is over the limit — shorten it or move a sentence to the next card.
Copy All exports every card separated by --- — useful for pasting into a scheduler like Buffer or Typefully.

Platform Limits

𝕏 (Twitter / X) enforces 280 characters per post, counted in UTF-16 code units — emojis count as 2. Instagram Threads allows 500 characters. The counter in each card reflects the final text including the [n/total] numbering tag.
